Privacy
This page describes how the WebCode website, contact form and Copilot assistant currently work.
Contact details
When you submit the form, you provide your name, email, subject and message, plus any attachments you choose. These details are used to receive your request and reply. Avoid sending passwords, documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Delivery and providers
The form is processed on the server and, when the service is configured, forwarded by email through Resend to the WebCode contact inbox. The hosting and email services process the data needed to deliver it. The current form does not store the message in a separate website database.
Abuse prevention
The server uses the IP address supplied by the hosting infrastructure to limit attempts within a short window in memory. This temporary control may vary between server instances. Protection fields and validation also help reduce automated submissions.
Copilot and artificial intelligence
When the AI assistant is active, the messages you write and the conversation history are sent by the server to Anthropic, the provider of the artificial intelligence model, with processing that may happen outside Brazil, only to generate the answer. The site does not store the conversation in a database; the history stays in page memory and is discarded when the page reloads. The provider handles the data under its own retention and security policy. We log only technical usage data, such as token counts, without the conversation text. Do not write personal data, passwords or sensitive information in the chat. When the assistant is in preview mode, it shows prewritten answers and nothing is sent to an AI model.
Contact through the Copilot
If you tap "Leave my contact" and check the authorization, we send your name, contact (email or phone) and the need you described by email, through Resend, to the WebCode contact inbox so we can reply to your request. Without the authorization checked, nothing is sent. The AI conversation is not attached. This data follows the same email and request rules described below.
Preferences and offline use
Your browser may store your theme preference. When available, the service worker stores only static offline notice pages and public icons. It does not store messages, attachments or form responses, and does not schedule submissions while you are offline. You can clear these details in your browser settings.
Email and requests
Forwarded messages become part of the contact email inbox. This page does not set an automatic deletion period. To ask about the use of your data or request access, correction or deletion, use the email below; requests will be reviewed in context and under applicable obligations.
